1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains the fundamental principles and rules regarding personal data collected, processed, and stored through the B2B reverse auction platform ("Platform") operated under the KURUMSAL+ brand by UK Bilisim Teknolojileri A.S. ("Company").

This Policy has been prepared in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce ("ETK"), and related secondary legislation.

All members, authorized users, and visitors using the Platform are covered by this Policy.

3. DATA COLLECTED

Directly Provided Data: Identity and contact information provided during registration, company information, profile information (photo, biography, digital asset links), auction and bid information, payment and invoice information, support requests and correspondence. Automatically Collected Data: IP address and location information (country/city level), browser type and version, session and cookie data, page view and navigation data, device information.

4. PURPOSES OF DATA USE

Collected personal data is used for: membership registration, identity verification and account management; auction creation, bidding and finalization; contract, invoice and payment operations; platform security and abuse detection; legal compliance (ETK, KVKK, TPL, TCC); customer support services; platform performance analysis and improvement; and commercial communication with your explicit consent.

5. LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING

6. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFERS

Personal data may be shared with: authorized public institutions upon legal obligation or court order; data processor service providers (payment infrastructure, email service, cloud storage, CDN); and with your explicit consent, secure cloud service providers with servers abroad for Platform operation. The Platform never sells personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. DATA SECURITY

The Company implements industry-standard technical and administrative measures: SSL/TLS encryption, database-level encryption, access control lists, role-based authorization, firewalls, DDoS protection, regular vulnerability scans, and data breach detection and response procedures. In the event of a data breach, the Personal Data Protection Board and affected individuals are notified as required by KVKK Art. 12/5.

8. DATA RETENTION PERIODS

Personal data is retained for the duration required by processing purposes and legal retention periods. Key periods: commercial books and documents 10 years (TCC Art. 82), access logs 2 years (Law No. 5651), communication consent records 5 years (ETK Regulation). Expired data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized per periodic destruction schedule.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know third-party recipients, request correction, request deletion or destruction, object to automated analysis results, and claim compensation for damages. Applications can be submitted to info@acsisco.com or by registered mail. Processed within 30 days.

11. POLICY CHANGES

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes are communicated through the Platform, and the current version is always published on the Platform.
