What do we solve?
In corporate purchasing the same work is done again and again: the need is explained to each supplier separately, prices are collected from e-mails and spreadsheets, and differences in payment terms, lead times and documents are compared by hand. Why a decision was made rarely ends up in anyone's file.
On Acsisco you write your request for quotation (RFQ) once. You set the product or service details, technical requirements, delivery terms and the quote deadline; suppliers answer the same request with their own prices, terms and documents. You see the quotes side by side on one screen, select a supplier and record the decision with its reasoning. Order and delivery steps are then followed from the same place.
For suppliers the process is just as plain: a supplier enters a price for the request, attaches a proforma or documents if needed and submits the quote. A quote can be withdrawn within 24 hours, unless the request closes earlier. One company can act as both buyer and supplier.
Who uses it?
Acsisco is designed for small, medium and large businesses: any company that buys, sells, outsources production or looks for new customers can use it. The platform operates across Türkiye, so companies in different cities meet on the same request. Requests can be opened in every industry where products and services are traded, in three types:
Product and service: quotes are collected from suppliers for a product or professional service the company needs.
Production: manufacturers quote against technical requirements for contract manufacturing, custom manufacturing or technical production.
Project surplus: unused, leftover or excess stock after a project receives offers and returns to trade.
What we do not do
The most honest way to describe a platform is to say what it is not. Acsisco brings buyer and supplier together on one record; the trade itself stays between the two companies.
We are not a party to the sale between buyer and supplier. Contract, payment and commercial invoice are directly between the two companies.
We do not provide escrow; we neither collect nor hold the price of goods or services.
We do not take commission on the commercial transaction between buyer and supplier.
We are not an arbitrator or mediator in disputes. On request, we help by making quote-flow records (quotes, documents, timestamps) available to the parties.
We do not publish requests or quotes on the public pages of the site.
We do not choose the supplier for you. The decision belongs to the company that opened the request.
How do we verify companies?
Every company joining the platform provides its company details: registered name, company type, tax office and tax ID. Required documents depend on the company type: the tax certificate for sole proprietorship and ordinary partnership types; the tax certificate and trade registry gazette for all other types. The Acsisco team reviews each document. A company whose verification has not been approved cannot open a request, nor quote on a request it was not invited to; the same rule applies to buyers and suppliers. Under the terms of use every company must keep accurate and current company information in the system; misleading or unlawful activity is not accepted.
Requests are reviewed by Acsisco before they are published. The site runs over an HTTPS/TLS encrypted connection; Acsisco is registered in the ETBIS e-commerce registry and personal data is processed in line with Türkiye's data protection law (KVKK).
Procurement Office
For companies without a purchasing team, or whose team is stretched, Acsisco also offers the Procurement Office. Supplier research, quote collection, comparison, order and delivery follow-up are run by an Acsisco consultant assigned to the customer; the choice of supplier and the decision remain the customer's.
The service is paid: the fee, term and payment schedule are set out in a service contract made for each customer and do not depend on the number of requests or orders or on savings achieved. The price of goods and services is paid directly to the supplier; Acsisco does not collect it and takes no commission or bonus from suppliers in connection with this service.
