Yes. Every company joining the platform provides its registered name, tax office and VKN (tax number), and the Acsisco team reviews its documents. Required documents depend on the company type: the tax certificate for sole proprietorship and ordinary partnership types; the tax certificate and trade registry gazette for all other types. Our website runs over an HTTPS/TLS encrypted connection. Acsisco is registered in Türkiye's ETBIS e-commerce registry, and KVKK-scope compliance processes are operated accordingly.

Yes. If your membership plan includes available quote request creation limits, you can create multiple quote requests at the same time.

Yes. The company that opened the quote request can select a supplier before the quote deadline if it chooses to do so.

Product or service information is entered, technical details and conditions are defined, and the duration and quote rules are selected. Acsisco reviews the quote request before publishing it.

In a quote request, suppliers compete by submitting competitive quotes and lowering their prices. This allows the buyer to evaluate the best price and most suitable terms without a separate negotiation process.

Product & Service quote requests are used by companies to collect offers for products or professional services they need. The company enters its need, suppliers submit quotes, and the most suitable option is evaluated.

Production quote requests are created for contract manufacturing, custom manufacturing, or technical production needs. Manufacturers submit quotes according to technical requirements, and the process starts with the most suitable supplier.

Surplus Project is the area where companies sell unused, leftover, or excess stock after a project. Products waiting in storage can receive offers and return to commercial circulation.

The quote request can be cancelled freely before any quotes arrive. After quotes are received, it can be cancelled with a stated reason.

Yes. You can withdraw your quote within 24 hours after submitting it. If the request for quotations closes before that period ends, the withdrawal window ends at closing — whichever comes first.

You can be both. Acsisco is designed so a company can manage all of its processes comfortably; you can sell your products and use the quote request system for your purchases.

When the quote period ends, the company that opened the quote request reviews incoming quotes and selects a supplier. The selected supplier is announced in the system and contact details are shared. On the order page both parties upload documents such as the delivery note and invoice, the buyer can open an issue for missing, damaged or late goods, and the order is completed once both parties confirm it.

The company creating the quote request defines who will organize shipping in the quote conditions section.

After a quote is accepted, buyer-supplier payment is between the two parties; Acsisco is not party to that transaction and does not provide payment escrow/holding services. The Acsisco Procurement Office is a paid service: its fee, term and payment schedule are set out in the annex of a service contract made for each customer, and the fee is paid to Acsisco by bank transfer. New membership package sales are closed. Previously validly acquired rights and existing contractual terms for the related membership fees are preserved. We help both sides track order and delivery progress throughout the engagement.

Commercial invoices are issued between buyer and supplier; Acsisco is not party to that invoicing flow. Acsisco issues invoices for its own services, including the Procurement Office. New membership package sales are closed. Previously validly acquired rights and existing contractual terms for the related membership fees are preserved.

On the order page both parties upload documents such as the delivery note and invoice, the buyer can open an issue for missing, damaged or late goods, and the order is completed once both parties confirm it. The Orders & Delivery list shows where each of your orders stands: awaiting your confirmation, open issue or completed.

No. Acsisco does not collect commission from the commercial transaction between the buyer and supplier. New membership package sales are closed. The Acsisco Procurement Office is a paid service; its fee and term are set out in a service contract made for each customer and do not depend on the number of requests or on savings achieved. No commission or bonus is taken from suppliers in connection with this service. Previously validly acquired rights are preserved.

Acsisco does not act as an arbiter or mediator in commercial disputes between the parties. Contract, payment, and delivery disputes are resolved through the parties' own legal processes. Acsisco only supports parties by making quote-flow records (quotes, documents, timestamps) available on request.

Required documents depend on the company type: the tax certificate for sole proprietorship and ordinary partnership types; the tax certificate and trade registry gazette for all other types. You upload them in the verification documents section of your company profile; the Acsisco team reviews each document, and your company is verified once they are approved.
