Yes. Companies joining the platform provide their legal entity details, tax office, and VKN (tax number) for verification; additional document review is performed when required. Our website runs over an HTTPS/TLS encrypted connection. Acsisco is registered in Türkiye's ETBIS e-commerce registry, and KVKK-scope compliance processes are operated accordingly.

The auction can be cancelled freely before any bids arrive. After bids are received, it can be cancelled with a stated reason.

Yes. After submitting a bid, you have the right to withdraw it within 60 minutes.

You can be both. Acsisco is designed so a company can manage all of its processes comfortably; you can sell your products and use auction systems for your purchases.

When the auction period ends, the company that opened the auction reviews incoming bids and selects the winning supplier. The winning company is announced in the system and contact details are shared. The order process then begins, and delivery information is tracked through the platform.

The company creating the auction defines who will organize shipping in the auction conditions section.

Post-auction buyer-supplier payment is between the two parties; Acsisco is not party to that transaction and does not provide payment escrow/holding services. Only platform membership fees are collected by Acsisco. We help both sides track order and delivery progress throughout the engagement.

Commercial invoices are issued between buyer and supplier; Acsisco is not party to that invoicing flow. Acsisco only issues invoices for its own membership fees.

Yes. The order process can be tracked live on the platform. When the supplier hands the product over to the shipping company, they must upload the relevant information to the system.

Yes. Acsisco operates across Turkey and helps you reach companies in different cities.

Acsisco gives you alternatives: You can find better prices, test the market, and compare options without taking unnecessary risk.

No. Acsisco does not collect commission from the commercial transaction between the buyer and supplier. Our revenue model is annual membership plans only; no additional fees are charged to buyers or suppliers beyond those plans.

Acsisco does not act as an arbiter or mediator in commercial disputes between the parties. Contract, payment, and delivery disputes are resolved through the parties' own legal processes. Acsisco only supports parties by making auction-flow records (bids, documents, timestamps) available on request.
