How are auctions concluded?
When the auction period ends, the company that opened the auction reviews incoming bids and selects the winning supplier. The winning company is announced in the system and contact details are shared. The order process then begins, and delivery information is tracked through the platform.

How is payment handled?
Post-auction buyer-supplier payment is between the two parties; Acsisco is not party to that transaction and does not provide payment escrow/holding services. Only platform membership fees are collected by Acsisco. We help both sides track order and delivery progress throughout the engagement.

How does invoicing work?
Commercial invoices are issued between buyer and supplier; Acsisco is not party to that invoicing flow. Acsisco only issues invoices for its own membership fees.

Is order tracking available?

No. Acsisco does not collect commission from the commercial transaction between the buyer and supplier. Our revenue model is annual membership plans only; no additional fees are charged to buyers or suppliers beyond those plans.
